The daughter of a determined school teacher and heroic U-2 pilot, Bonnie is always reaching for the next challenge, whether it’s with Pace Communications, service to country or volunteer leadership. As ambassador to Finland, Bonnie organized the Helsinki Women Business Leaders’ Summit, in which female CEOs from the United States, the Baltic region and Russia created a business model to be replicated in other parts of the world. Bonnie is one of the nation’s most successful woman entrepreneurs, and she always finds time to give back. She received the United Way’s 2004 National Alexis de Tocqueville Society Award for her leadership and exemplary service to her community and nation. Previous recipients of the award include Bob Hope and Jimmy Carter. Continuing her dedication to national and community service, Bonnie is the chairman of the American Red Cross.

Craig oversees the content operations at Pace and is responsible for the strategy and development of our client business. He has extensive experience in heading up digital, design and content agencies within the world’s leading marketing services agency groups. He co-founded the top-five UK custom publishing agency Cedar Communications and has run digital and content agencies within the Omnicom and WPP agency groups. He works closely with all of our clients at a senior level in helping to shape and guide their content marketing strategies.

Leigh Ann Klee

A CPA, Leigh Ann is responsible for all functional activities and policies related to treasury and finance, accounting, budgeting, insurance, financial analysis, information technology and business planning. Leigh Ann is currently on the board of the Cone Health Foundation as well as on the executive committee as treasurer. She previously served on the boards of United Way, Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund and Junior League.  Before joining Pace in 1997, Leigh Ann worked for The Walt Disney Company in corporate finance, and Ernst & Young. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Master of Accounting from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Ed Calfo

Ed oversees publications for several key clients, including Toyota, the American Cancer Society, and US Airways Magazine. Additionally, the print production department reports to Ed. Prior to joining Pace in 1987, Ed was vice president of operations for weekly trade magazines published by Communications Today. Previously, he was senior vice president and chief auditing officer for BPA, a magazine circulation audit service firm.

Jaci has been at the forefront of creating innovative custom content programs for leading brands that include Verizon Wireless, Wells Fargo, USAA, Syngenta, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Carlson Rezidor Hotels and AAA. She leverages her experience across travel, healthcare, financial services, insurance and technology to lead creative and account teams in delivering award winning business-to-business, business-to-consumer and business-to-employee content marketing programs. Jaci wrote and edited for daily newspapers and for the trade publication Furniture Today before joining Pace as editor of a hotel travel magazine. Jaci is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Journalism and Mass Communications. She currently serves on the board of the Custom Content Council.

Dana Adams

Dana has 20 years of custom-content industry experience. He has specialized in financial services content for most of his career, while also leading content teams in program strategy development and execution for retail and packaged-goods leaders. Currently Dana heads Pace’s financial services vertical, overseeing programs for USAA and Wells Fargo. Prior to joining Pace, he helped launch and develop custom-content operations with financial services focus at Time Inc., Hearst/Dow Jones and most recently oversaw financial communications programs at Meredith Integrated Marketing. While at Meredith, he led teams on diverse programs for Chubb Personal Insurance, The Principal, Liberty Mutual and MetLife.

Dan Dooley

Dan has more than 20 years of experience as both a client and agency leader, guiding brands through the labyrinth of emerging digital platforms and their impact on brand vitality, consumer behavior and marketing investment considerations. He has helped some of the world’s leading brands weave digital and interactive practices into their core marketing efforts, including: Walmart, Verizon, AT&T, Disney, Anheuser Busch, Dell, McDonald’s, Best Buy, Coca-Cola, Target, The Home Depot and Porsche. His digital programs have garnered awards around the world, including multiple Cannes Cyber Lions, Webby’s and Effies.

James DeCata

Jim’s career spans nearly 40 years in printing and publishing, including management positions with several nationally recognized printing, pre-press and publishing companies. A member of the Pace team since 1992, Jim led the transition from film-based printing to digital workflow, improving quality and production time while reducing costs. He is an innovator in the successful merger of personalized variable print information into the magazine publishing format, combining items from various platforms and providers. Working with dozens of partners, Jim is driven to lower costs, shorten turnaround times and improve quality for our clients.

Leslie Dunne Ketner

Leslie brings more than 20 years of marketing and publishing experience to her clients at Pace. As editorial director, Leslie led Time Inc.’s Southern Progress Custom Publishing division through its largest period of growth, including development of three magazines and a Web presence for Lowe’s. Prior to this, Leslie was editor in chief of Meredith’s Window & Wall Ideas magazine, after beginning the editorial portion of her career as an editor for Southern Progress’ Southern Accents magazine. Leslie blends her approach to content development with her early experience on the marketing and advertising side—having worked in New York and Boston for advertising agencies, including Wells Rich Greene and Scali McCabe Sloves on a range of businesses such as Chex Cereals, Chase Manhattan Bank and Purina’s Butcher’s Blend dog food.

Y. Gail Casper

Gail’s focus is attracting the best and brightest talent for Pace Communications. With over 25 years in human resource management, Gail is responsible for overseeing human resources, benefits, compensation, payroll, office management, and mail services departments. Prior to joining Pace in 1997, Gail worked in various corporate human resource capacities with national production and retail companies as well as nonprofit organizations. Gail’s broad range of experience enables her to relate to the changing cultures and challenges of a diverse workforce.

Steve currently oversees all business aspects of US Airways Magazine where he brings an entrepreneurial viewpoint to the team and guides the destination based content that resonates with both readers and advertisers. Prior to heading up US Airways Magazine, Steve managed Pace Communications’ Destination Publishing Group where he oversaw over 150 destination features as well as publishing the official visitor guide for over 15 destinations including Santa Barbara, Monterey and Myrtle Beach. Steve’s previous career experience includes a successful internet start up as well as television and documentary production.

Kevin Briody

Kevin is responsible for digital and social media strategy on key accounts at Pace. He brings over 14 years of marketing, strategy and communications experience working on both the agency and client- side, including seven years at Microsoft alongside several venture-funded startups and a non-profit. He’s been crafting campaigns and developing programs in community and word-of-mouth marketing—and their most recent incarnation, social media—since 2001. Before joining Pace, Kevin developed social media strategy for clients such as Chrysler, Samsung, Verizon, Microsoft, Nature Made and Nike while at Ignite Social Media. Kevin is a graduate of both the University of Oregon and University of Washington.
