Katie is curious about everything, from how curling became a sport to why bellbottoms keep coming back into style. She develops insights that drive smart strategies and strong creative, focusing on the end user and producing real business results. At Pace, she leads qualitative and quantitative research, brand strategy, and customer journey and persona development. Katie has worked in both boutique agencies and international corporations, including brands such as Verizon, Target, Intercontinental Hotels Group, AAA, Philips Healthcare, and Facebook. She received her BA from the University of Tennessee, is raising a daughter and a dog in Greensboro, NC, and is constantly planning her next travel adventure.
