Pace Insights/Rick Kupselaitis
Rick brings more than 14 years of marketing experience to his role as Account Supervisor at Pace. Having a diverse background in digital, social, direct mail and other marketing disciplines, Rick understands how the various marketing pieces should integrate to help his clients and teams succeed. Rick currently leads Pace's work on an integrated business to business print and digital program for Syngenta, print and digital program for AAA Carolinas and AAA NCNU, and is spearheading a digital communications program for the Center for Creative Leadership. Prior to joining Pace in 2013, Rick's past agency experience included three years working on digital and social media programs with Ignite Social Media in Raleigh, N.C., and eight years focused on CRM, database marketing and direct mail programs with the Hibbert Group in Trenton, NJ. At Ignite, Rick led the internal Microsoft team, helping to increase usage, engagement, positive sentiment and adoption of various Microsoft solutions through social media campaigns, content creation and contests. While at Hibbert, Rick was a key player on the Merck account, partnering with his client contacts and the agency team to streamline processes.
