Carlos leads a content marketing enablement framework called Content-2-Customer (C2C). Carlos has a 30-year track record of directing and creating mixed media communications, in a wide variety of disciplines, for a diverse range of clients and purposes; including marketing, theater, entertainment, education, information design and civil society initiatives. Past clients include Thomson Reuters, Microsoft, General Mills, AARP, Johnson & Johnson, History Channel, Smithsonian, Columbia University and Gyuto Tantric University. Sheryl Adkins-Green, Chief Marketing Officer, Mary Kay

Sheryl supports the success of millions of Independent Beauty Consultants by leading the global marketing strategy, new product development, advertising, digital marketing, social media, and customer insights for Mary Kay. Prior to Mary Kay, Sheryl held executive positions with Alberto-Culver, Cadbury-Schweppes, Citigroup, and Kraft Foods. Black Enterprise recently recognized Sheryl as one of the “Most Powerful Women in Business,” and in 2016 she was included in their “Power Women CMO’s” list. Sheryl was also named one of the “Most Powerful Business Leaders in Dallas” by D CEO and one of the “Top Women in Marketing Technology” by Brand Innovators in 2016. In 2014 and 2015, Sheryl received the Brand Innovators ‘Top 50’ Women in Brand Marketing Award, and she was named one of the Most Influential Women in Direct Selling. In August 2012, Sheryl was the first recipient of the Global Marketer Award from the Academy of Marketing Science. Sheryl received a B.S. in Retailing, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin. Gordon Price Locke, Chief Marketing Officer, Pace

Gordon has more than 24 years of marketing and sales leadership ranging from re-engineering well-known brands and product portfolios to illuminating stories about a company’s products and services. At Pace, his role is to help existing clients develop winning content programs and to ensure new clients reach their strategic objectives. His agency and client experience covers brands such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Hawaiian Airlines, Sabre Airline Solutions, HP, Dell, and Rosenbluth-American Express to Teradata, Nestle Purina, Fossil, Ryan, Insigniam and Intuit.



Kevin Briody, SVP, Chief Strategy Officer, Pace

Kevin leads the strategy practice at Pace, covering the full mix of digital, social, and content strategy services, and handles account management on several key accounts. Kevin’s 18 years of marketing and strategy experience spans both agency and client roles, with heavy roots in the technology sector. In that time, and prior to joining Pace, Kevin ran marketing teams and programs for three tech startups, a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation-funded non-profit, and for the Windows, Developer Evangelism, and Online Services groups over an 8-year run at Microsoft. He came to Pace from Ignite Social Media, the original pure-play social media agency, where as Director of Strategic Innovation he drove new business and client strategy for brands such as Chrysler, Samsung, Microsoft, and Verizon. Kevin is a graduate of both the University of Oregon and the University of Washington.
