“The greatest moment is when we have worked as a team to develop creative that nails the client’s needs, and we hear, 'You understand us.'”
Kim graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, though she ended up putting her sports views aside as she got her start working in marketing for Duke athletics, and then at IMG College in Winston-Salem handling publications for university athletic fundraising organizations, including Wake Forest, Vanderbilt, Auburn and Georgia Tech.
Since coming to Pace 11 years ago, she has partnered with clients including Delta Air Lines, American Cancer Society, Wells Fargo, AAA, STAINMASTER®, Choice Hotels, BB&T and Syngenta, and now leads the Greensboro office as Vice President, Client Solutions Partner. Around the office, she’s known for her calm, cool and collected demeanor, and believes that “though the job can be intense at times, we’re all in this together, and when we collaborate in the right way, we do our best work.”
Kim and her husband have two children – a 2-year-old girl and a 7-month-old baby boy. You can often find her exploring local spots with them or traveling, on a search for the next best food and wine combo.
