Just blocks away from Union Square, Pace’s New York office is located in Manhattan’s historic Flatiron District— an area that has always been a breeding ground for creativity. In the early 1900’s, it was home to the city’s toy manufacturers before professional photographers moved in and turned the area’s huge factory spaces into artist’s lofts and studios. They were followed by magazine and book publishers and, most recently, tech start-ups that dubbed the neighborhood Silicon Alley.
Our spacious, light-filled office feels like a throwback to the artists’ lofts of decades past and is always buzzing with brainstorms, design reviews and client meetings. The fast pace of the city and the energy that is ingrained the walls around us keep us inspired and excited for every new project and client.
