Project Echo is a GenZ-Driven Insights Partnership for Today’s Content Marketers

Partnering with local colleges and universities, Pace selects top student talent and challenges them to develop strategies to better business for clients across our portfolio each semester. On average, 6-10 students are selected each term for this internship program.

Project Echo is an exciting opportunity for local students to go beyond the usual internship. They will have the opportunity to develop and pitch engaging strategies, centered on the Millennial and GenZ market, and connect with major consumer brands that Pace represents. For Pace clients, it’s a chance to receive original insights and concepts developed by GenZ’s themselves.

Project Echo opens the door for a group of talented young professionals to connect with top leaders in the Triad’s growing digital marketing industry as they take the first steps in their careers.
