The Challenge
HCA Healthcare wanted to enhance employee engagement through its print magazine, which it produced and mailed to employees four times per year. The healthcare company also wanted to improve content access and deliver a steadier cadence of new employee storytelling throughout the year.
The Solution
To help HCA connect with employees across its 2,000 healthcare sites, Pace redesigned HCA Healthcare Magazine and developed a new digital experience, publishing 24 digital-exclusive stories each year to maintain a connection with employees between print issues.
The new digital content experience provided immediate insight into which stories resonated with HCA employees—based on scroll depth, dwell time, return visits and other performance data—and generated strong traction with new and returning audiences alike.
