Ellen’s interest in human resources (HR) was first sparked in an employment law class at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Her certifications include a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Senior Certified Professional credential (SHRM-SCP).
She thinks of Pace employees as her clients and strives to provide the same white- glove experience that they provide their clients. She especially enjoys placing talented candidates in fulfilling roles that allow them to thrive at Pace.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, live theater, concerts, and time with her family, friends and her Maltipoo, Rosie, and guinea pig, Spanky.
