Rosemary is a growth leader with more than 20 years of experience driving business, brand and marketing strategy for some of the world’s most respected brands. She has built her career inside leading global agencies including McCann, MSL, Havas, Hill Holliday and Wunderman—partnering with brands such as Microsoft, AT&T, Procter & Gamble, Verizon, Vanguard, BMW, Liberty Mutual and Coca-Cola to unlock meaningful, measurable growth.

In her role, Rosemary leads growth strategy, business development and marketing for Pace, helping the agency identify new opportunities and build lasting partnerships. Known for her ability to bring clarity to complexity, she connects culture, insight and strategy to create content that moves people and delivers results. Grounded in both strategic rigor and mindful leadership, she believes the strongest growth comes from intention, clarity and a deep understanding of human behavior.

A lifelong New Yorker, Rosemary recently relocated from NYC to Boulder, Colorado, trading intensity for intentionality while bringing the same focus, edge and ambition to her work.
