Since she was young, Vanessa has always been drawn to connecting with people —whether through conversations with her grandparents, striking up chats at the playground, or working with children.
Vanessa joined Pace in 2025 with over 10 years of experience as an account leader, spanning marketing, client services, strategy, business development, project management, production, social media, digital marketing, and communications.
She approaches every relationship thinking of people first, solving problems second, and making lasting connections along the way.
Vanessa has worked with notable clients such as the Miami City Ballet, CVS Health, Walmart, Wells Fargo and New York Presbyterian Hospital.
When she’s not working, Vanessa enjoys staying active outdoors, trying new restaurants (a self-proclaimed foodie), Pilates classes, traveling, and spoiling her fur baby, Julieta.
