Melissa loves to find and create solutions to the daily challenges that prevent people from doing their best work.
She began her career at Pace in 2005 as an editorial assistant and worked her way up to managing editor before falling in love with project management. Melissa’s creative background gives her unique insights into managing projects from print magazines to branded emails to website redesigns. She loves good processes that help clarify and offer flexibility to her team but doesn’t believe in process for process’s sake.
When Melissa is not building timelines and directing process guidelines, she’s trying to keep up with her 5 active kids and spending time at church, where her husband is the pastor.
